Owned and operated by Greg Begley, one of Chicago’s top professional dancers, instructors and choreographers, Motion Unlimited is based upon a tradition of excellent dance and theater comprehension. 
Mr. Begley, whose professional dance career spans over 40 years, was an original member of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago as well as a principal dancer for Ruth Page and the Chicago Ballet. Furthermore, in his illustrious career he has performed and collaborated with renowned companies and artists not only locally but also nationally and internationally throughout Europe and South America. His passion for dance retains him actively teaching at several premier ballet and dance schools in and around the Chicago land area, as well as conducting special workshops at numerous distinguished institutions and events.
Keeping in accordance with the professional atmosphere established by Mr. Begley, every staff member at Motion Unlimited is also personally affiliated with the dance community. Each have either had years of training and experience in various forms of dance, are part of professional dance companies or schools, or possess extensive knowledge concerning dance disciplines and needs. These factors, among many others, can assure any dancer who is interested in working with our company that they will come in contact with a knowledgeable individual who is sure to understand any specified dancing needs.
Our trained and experienced staff is ready and on hand to assist you with expert fittings, industry knowledge, and personal attention aimed at your specific dancing needs. For instance, Motion Unlimited offers the largest selection of pointe shoes in the Midwest. Teachers feel confident that by sending their students to us for important items, such as pointe shoes, their students will not only walk away with the best pair possible, but also with a new broad knowledge regarding their specific dancing needs. Furthermore, we understand that oftentimes instructors may wish to play an active role in the fitting of their students’ shoes and equipment. As it can be very difficult and highly inconvenient to gather a whole dance
group together for a trip to our store, we simply ask that we be made aware and we will bring our knowledgeable staff to you instead. We will work with you to arrange a group fitting for your school or dance group so that each dancer may have the convenience of being fitted by one of our own.
